• Establish the objectives and process necessary to deliver results in accordance with the organization’s environmental policy
• Check, monitor and measure processes against environmental policy, objectives, targets, legal and other requirements and reports the results
• Take actions to continually improve performance of the environmental management system
• Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard
• Highlight environmental health irregularities such as mosquito and fly breeding, rodent infestation, noise/dust/smoke/water pollution, poor housekeeping, earth littering, poor refuse management, poor maintenance of sanitary facilities etc. with the Site Management team and recommend rectification measures
• Assist authorities to investigate any outbreaks of infectious, vector borne or food borne diseases at site
• Investigate public complaints on environmental issues
• Organise campaigns, training courses and other promotional activities to develop and sustain the interests of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards at site

• Ability to anticipate potential environmental health irregularities in site works
• Use of construction technologies or innovative green solutions to address energy efficiency, environmental concerns at site

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Minimum a Technical Diploma from a recognized polytechnic
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in environmental engineering, environmental health or related
• Registered Environmental Control Officer with National Environment Agency
• Earth Control Measures Officer course
• Introduction to Waste Management in Singapore
• Certification in Manage Hazardous Substances
• Certification in Control Noise and Vibration

* Willing to work at island wide.

* Working experience at least 5 years and above.

* Able to work independent with minimum monitor.

* Good in team player and communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and provide mechanical engineering design
• Handle design works and/or project management relevant to ACMV, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing.
• Supervise and coach a team of engineers in mechanical services for the project from concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion
• Act as either Project Manager or Team Leader in projects.
• Act as mentor to new employees.
• Provide technical assistance to engineers.
• Advise engineers on the project administration and contractual issues.
• Conduct technical discussion on common design problems with engineers

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Healthcare/Data Centre experience will be advantageous.
• Strong design experience in Fire Safety
• Minimum 5 years of relevant design experience
• Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission process

Job Description

• Provide techinical support to our customers on Data Security product suite as per SLA.
• Support system deployment and User acceptance Testing.

The Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal-setting to the senior management team
• Support management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested

• Establish the planning process for the company by converting the Sales forecast into a feasible manufacturing plan

The Requirements:

• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects from start to hand-over

• Microsoft office skills and in particular, use of Microsoft Project

Job Descriptions

1. Plan, execute and supervise all Facilities maintenance related work services.
2. Manage Building / Facilities / M&E works and services for effective and efficient operations facilities performance.
3. Coordinate and supervise the M&E installation and maintenance work if needed.
4. Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the facilities team to resolve any technical issues. Attend M&E related meetings and involve in the preparation of related reports.
5. Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical, electrical works.
6. Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of works .
7. Prepare and follow- up closely on the client inquiries and quotations.
8. Follow the company internal work processes and documentation.
9. Build and maintain good client relationships and uphold high quality standards.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Building / Real Estate/ Facilities Management or any related qualifications.
2. Facilities Maintenance operations background with at least 3 years of experience will be an added advantage.
