Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site (periodical site inspection and attending meetings)
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
• Assist Construction Manager and Project Manager in sub-contractor management, on-site technical, engineering matters.
• To lead a team of supervisors and engineers, to ensure, supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & project specifications.
• Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant building project experience in Main-contractor environment
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and consortium partners.
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous in drawing preparation and documentation
• Experienced with Building / Industrial projects will be a plus.
• Experienced with Public project.

The candidate is part of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) project and operation team. He/she will be reporting to the DLP Team Lead and be assigned with project and operational work and responsibilities which includes but not limited to, processing requests, investigate operational issues and facilitate security investigation by providing the necessary information in accordance with approved policy and procedures as well as process improvement.

• Plan, deploy and implement Data Loss Prevention on security projects and initiatives
• Responsible for management, advanced configuration, monitoring and fine tuning of Data Loss Prevention solution
• Configure, develop and maintain DLP tools & platform, SIEM and threat detection tools
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5-6 years of experience in IT Incident Management, DLP Operations or SOC
• Experience in multiple channels of DLP implementation and operations
• Good team player as well as strong communications skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently

Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

· Read technical diagrams and schematics for work planning and issue resolution.

· Perform general electrical maintenance on systems up to 1,000 volts.

· Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.

· Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.

· Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.

· Adhere to all quality and safety standards, plus codes.

· Guide and monitor work of junior technicians and apprentices.

The Job:

• Attends and administers to all after-sales services over WhatsApp, emails and incoming calls. Verifies truck status and co-ordinate with workshop in-charge to dispatch jobs to technicians and update status to customers.
• To administer internal and external administrative matters e.g. internal liaising with service admins on ops administrative matters, personnel administrative matters, etc. External: Daily status update to customers, Airfield vehicle permit application etc.
• To assist workshop in-charge to liaise with vendors on ops required items/parts and other engineering jobs
• To co-ordinate with workshop in-charge in planning of PM schedules and dispatching to customers

The person:

• GCE N or O level
• 3 years’ working experience

Job Responsibility:

• To manage the team in the respective Areas and Central Operations to carry out daily back-end engineering maintenance works and ensuring excellency and consistency in operational supports within Singapore General Hospital (SGH) according to the design intents of the various mechanical, electrical, medical and specialist
• To be responsible for all deliverables required in the agreement with Singapore General Hospital.
• To organize the team to align with the overall client’s expectation and contractual requirements and support the operations of the hospital, especially in the front-end engineering and customer
• To plan the resources available to align with the operational requirements for fix it and programmed maintenance.
• Managing all minor repairs and fix it work within the budget.
• Work closely with other service providers in the hospital to be part of the team to create a safe and sound environment for the patients, staff, and visitors, especially ISS House Keeping and Portering team to demonstrate the strength and capability of ISS’s integrated service model to be productive, efficient, and effective.
• Constantly engaging the client and end users to seek feedback, gaps and improvement opportunities through survey and dialogue.
• Responsible for overall customer and end users’ relationship management while exercising cost control monitor and measure with the awareness to generating additional works to enhance margin.
• To stabilize the team during upon operations and continued to seek improvement in the organization structure and operations process to improve supports to the hospital.
• Manage relationship with all specialists’ sub-con and contractors appointed by the hospital to achieve the required KPI, client’s expectations and deliverables in the contract with Singapore General Hospital.
• Be part of the team to management energy saving and initiatives.
• Identify engineering issues and troubleshooting to response to end users’ request. Resolving and mitigating potential engineering problems and potential cause to system breakdown. Work closely with the Central Operations to tackle engineering problems.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building Services Estates Management) with minimum three (3) years’ experience in supervision works.
• Must be matured and self-motivated. Minimum of ten (10) years working experience
