Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with extensive knowledge of Singapore's tender platforms and submission methods. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in competitive tendering, project management, and client communications, ensuring the smooth delivery of awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in tender platforms and submission processes, ensuring tenders are accurately quoted and submitted based on company strengths and tender requirements.
• Attend tender site briefings, preparing quotations that align with project specifications and client expectations.
• Design solutions according to client expectations and ensure they are reflected in tender submissions.
• Organize and present post-tender clarification meetings, preparing responses and managing client queries.
• Submit required tender documents, including organizational charts and project track records.
• Conduct online presentations using PowerPoint and other relevant tools, and manage virtual meetings effectively.
• Develop and manage project master programs and independently prepare and submit all required client documentation for awarded projects.
• Pre- and post-tender, ensure full compliance with all authority requirements, including NEA, PUB, LTA, MOM, SP, and N-Parks.
• Understand project requirements and prepare 3D detailed drawings and space planning using AutoCAD.
• Complete assigned work within deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Attend meetings with consultants, main contractors, and site stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Work independently, showing strong organizational and time management skills.

Must:

Extensive QS experience in Singapore, with a strong understanding of tender processes, platforms, and submission methods.

Proficiency in AutoCAD for 3D drawings and space planning.

Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and the ability to handle online meetings and presentations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings.
• Assist to coordinate and communicate various issues with stakeholders (contractor, client, partners, etc).
• Conduct progress meetings to manage issues.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
• Plan, manage and oversee the day-to- day construction management of the project.
• Monitor and report to management of project progress vs baseline, including issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion and resource requirements.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance.
• Maintain good working relationships with all parties at site such as customers, contractors, vendors, etc to ensure smooth progress of work flow.
• Require to work in a multi-discipline environment to achieve an on-time project completion while maintaining consistent and accurate documentation.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and costing.

Responsibilities :

• Provide post-sales maintenance support on servers/storage (IBM/HP/DELL/SUN) and operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows) at customer locations
• Troubleshooting and replacement of hardware;
• Troubleshooting of operating system;
• Handling of hardware migration/implementation project;
• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance;
• Escalation and management of complex issues.

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity and diploma holder or above in Computer Engineering/Science or related discipline;
• Strong server and storage hardware configuration knowledge will be an advantage;
• Capable of using operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Unix, ESX, and Linux are preferable;
• Proficiency in solving computer hardware-related issues for IBM, DELL, and HP
• Strong sense of customer service and team efficiency;
• Able to provide non-office hours standby and support service;

We are looking for an experienced MLDevOps Engineer to develop and prototype innovative AI solutions aimed at enhancing software development productivity. AI Use Case Development and Prototyping

• Rapidly design, prototype, and iterate AI-driven solutions that support developer workflows such as code specification, generation, and test automation.

• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, transforming experimental AI ideas into scalable solutions.

End-to-End ML Pipeline Development

• Manage versioning, retraining, and performance tracking to maintain high-quality AI solutions in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine solutions based on developer feedback and usage data.
• Establish standards for version control, deployment, and monitoring of ML models in production environments.
• Develop tools and processes for A/B testing, canary releases, and other ML rollout techniques.
• Ensure smooth integration of ML models within the internal development ecosystem.

Collaboration with DevSecOps Team

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or AI experimentation, with a focus on rapid prototyping and MVP development.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Golang, Rust, or other relevant languages.
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain), deployment platforms (e.g., Kubernetes), and ML pipeline tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with data processing tools like Apache Kafka, Spark.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs for AI models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including neural networks, optimization algorithms, and evaluation metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage VMware and other vCenter environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Configure and maintain Meraki switches and access points, as well as Fortigate firewalls, ensuring network security and efficiency.
• Administer Windows servers, including MS-SQL and IIS servers to support development projects and assist with creating queries and reports.
• Support and maintain Windows workstations and laptops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
