We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Analytics Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights and recommendations for our data-driven decision-making in HR. The role will also engage with business, leaders and data scientists to elevate the use of HR data analytics, by developing and implementing analytics solutions that support HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Support ad-hoc tasks, including drawing PV and string layouts and amending project drawings as needed.

Requirements:

Ø Strong technical expertise and vast experience in Electrical and Power Engineering.

Ø Must have Min-5 years experience in testing of CT, PT, relay and transformers in Singapore.

Ø More than 5 years of experience in new construction projects such as factories, infrastructure, plants, oil and gas projects

Ø Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

Ø Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Ø Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.

Ø Proven experience in designing and managing electrical systems for offshore or industrial facilities.
