This postdoctoral position is focused on the development of a novel 3D-printed bone implant utilizing natural. The goal is to create a bone substitute that can be customized to patient-specific anatomy and effectively integrate with native bone tissue. • Leads the team in developing/maintaining Company BIM implementation plan, policies, standards, guides and BIM contents for overall BIM development. Ensures that the process is in alignment with the project team/field adoption;
• Develops BIM training programmes (BIM adoption from authoring, coordination through to BIM assisted quantification and project simulation) according to agreed schedule;
• Facilitates as Virtual Design and Construction Coordinator for BIM implemented Project management and process for BIM Integrated service co-ordination and clash resolution (Project Basis);

Job Description

1. Oversee the works on equipment structures, installations, deployments, facilities, and equipment being deployed at sites.

2. Plan and work out the resource provision requirements, work, schedule, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for works at sites.

3. Review planned work schedule and method statements prior to commencement of site work activities.

4. Ensure that works are carried out accordingly to design, meeting the safety, health, environmental and comfort requirement for stakeholders.

5. Identify defects and damages at the site infrastructures, including equipment and facilities, as well as theft, accidents, and incidents.

6. Carry out safety training to instil safety awareness. Ensure safety rules and regulations at sites are adhered to by all site personnel.

This productization unit is responsible for supporting the development of technologies through the medical device development cycle to produce full-fledged hardware product systems. The Lead Engineer will report to the Lead, Product Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide electronics and instrumentation design capability in support of the design, development, test and manufacture of safety critical products and processes for complex medical technology product solutions.
• To interact closely with engineers from other disciplines to achieve an optimized design within the stipulated project schedule.
• To design and develop PCB and control systems for next generation medical devices.
• To provide operational electronics development, prototype design and testing - both analogue and digital.
