RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to utilize advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.

Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.

Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.

Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.

Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.

Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.

Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.

Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Capsule

In accordance with established policies, procedures and standards, is responsible for the activities related to an assigned organizational element, program, project or task. Will normally plan, conduct and supervise engineering design reviews and analysis assignments involving a major project or several smaller or less complex projects. These projects by nature of their complexity and difficulty require the fully competent application of conventional knowledge in a particular field of engineering or scientific field. Project work and assignments may be broad in nature requiring ingenuity and cross functional coordination.

Job Duties/Roles

1. Provides day-to-day leadership of Engineering staff assigned. Assigns projects to Engineers and monitors the progress of all assigned projects. Ensures the delivery of high quality service and maintenance of good customer relations.

2. Devises new approaches to problems encountered and makes recommendations for changes in methods, procedures or design where necessary.

3. Monitors the technical quality, content, consistency, continuity and timeliness of action of all assigned projects.

4. Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of technical responsibility. Performs engineering reviews and analyses when necessary. Reviews other engineers' work and provides appropriate guidance and training when necessary.

5. Participates in the development and changes of Rules. Advises assigned staff in matters related to the application of Rules and Regulations.

6. Prepares written response to clients in accordance with established procedures.

7. Maintains liaison with other engineering specialists internally and externally.

8. Monitors the performance, development potential and training needs of engineers assigned. Keeps management informed of manpower needs.

9. Develops or assists in the development of qualification statements, proposals, bids and other presentation materials.

10. Implements and maintains the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management Systems within assigned area of responsibility.

11. Prepares accurate billing to clients.

SUMMARY
Under limited supervision designs, develops and maintains test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
· Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduction of intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment.
· Prepare recommendations for testing and documentation of procedures to be used from the product design phase through to initial production.
· Generate reports and analysis of test data, prepares documentation and recommendations.
· Review test equipment designs, data and RMA issues with customers regularly.
· Design, and direct engineering and technical personnel in fabrication of testing and test control apparatus and equipment.
· Direct and coordinate engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, record, and reduce test data.
· Determine conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.
· Direct and exercise control over operational, functional, and performance phases of tests.
· Perform moderately complex assignments of the engineering test function for standard and/or custom devices.
· Analyze and interpret test data and prepares technical reports for use by test engineering and management personnel.
· Develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on machinery and equipment.
· Perform semi-routine technique development and maintenance, subject to established Jabil standards, including ISO and QS development standards.
· May provide training in new procedures to production testing staff.
· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from four-year college or university preferred; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required to walk, and to lift and carry PC’s and test equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and use of computer monitor screens a great deal of time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Individual’s primary workstation is located in the office area, with some time spent each day on the manufacturing floor. The noise level in this environment ranges from low to moderate.

Responsibilities:

• To provide support in the implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies used in the client’s premises.

Requirement

• Should have, if not all, most of the following industry certifications: Crestron, Zoom, QSC, Cisco, Shure, Poly

Production Engineer

• Working hours: 5 Days (Mon to Fri) / 8 am to 4.30pm

Position Summary:
The Production Engineer is responsible for improving the production technology of the EVAL site which will be launched in second half of 2026. The Production Engineer supports the production team for identifying, investigating, and resolving production issues in technical aspects. The Production Engineer leads technology for process control (DCS, SIS), operation condition, and product quality improvement and joins project work related to production technology development and improvement. Until the startup of EVAL production line, training and learning opportunities of EVAL production technology is provided by experienced members in Company. The Production Engineer will be a member of the commissioning and startup team of new EVAL plant and is responsible for designing and optimizing the process condition and process control system (DCS) and supports other production team members to achieve safe and stable commissioning and startup of new EVAL plant.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update all process control documents, procedures and operation condition sheet in consultation with Production Superintendent and Day Supervisors from Operation.
• Identifying, analyzing, trouble shooting and improving process efficiency, equipment performance, product yield, capacity, quality, process material uses and utilities consumption.
• Manage and improve process control system (DCS, SIS) and process data logging system.
• Support trial production and test run of new grade, new process and equipment with Production Technology Engineer.
• Optimize plant operating efficiency, yield optimization and energy conservation with feasibility study, make the necessary field test to verify the result.
• Provide technical support for Silo & Packaging process, including corrective measure for customer complaint in technical viewpoint
• Lead process safety assessment (HAZOP, LOPA, etc.) and support HSE department technically.
• Submit reports’ finding and recommend modification, improvement and potential investment projects such as debottlenecking, environmental and cost reduction activities (i.e. reduction or more efficient usage of utilities).
• Coordinate with technical section for process simulation, evaluation, investigation, performance & yield optimization
• Perform basic engineering design for all potential investment projects, prepare marked up P&ID’s and the required technical information for cost estimation purpose.
• Coordinate with Technical department all plant improvement and modification activities working closely with Technical Process engineer to prepare detailed engineering design, prepare specification and requisitions for major equipment purchase, review of vendors’ document, conduct hazard analysis, performance tests and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with Technical department for regular update of P&ID’s, instrument list and equipment list.
• Communicate with global EVAL process improvement team to build synergy for further technical updates of KAP EVAL plant.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, or engineering.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant engineering/production work experience in Chemical industry.
• Experience in designing or optimizing the process control system of chemical plants.
• Basic Engineering Skill with utilizing process and instrumentation diagram (P&ID).
• Knowledge of mass and heat balance calculations of chemical plants.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s degree in chemical engineering
• Knowledge and experience in chemical process simulations (e.g. polymerization, other reaction process, distillation, drying, and so on)
• Technical understanding of polymer extrusion process
• Knowledge of DCS programming and parameter tuning (PID control)
• Experience in lean manufacturing methods (e.g. 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM)
• High proficiency in Excel including VBA, macros, or other related software engineering tools.
• Experience with leading Capex projects
• Experience with Management of Change (MOC), Process safety assessment (PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA, QRA, etc.), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
