Job Responsibilities:

1)Schedule maintenance activities for chillers systems, keeping track of maintenance works with follow up actions for chillers.

2)Ensure all maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule.

3)Responsible for testing & commissioning/ fine tuning of new chiller with minimal guidance, such as coordinate project execution at site, witness FAT and conduct SAT to ensure the chiller operating conditions according to target performance.

4)Ability to interpret as-built documents, schematic drawings, technical documents as well as analyze operating data from chillers and know how to identify and repair any issues that arise.

5)Responsible for on-site management of the chiller overhaul/ repair works and supervise subcontractor work; effectively control the service quality and progress.

6)Preparation of service report for each service assignment.

7)Assuage dissatisfied customers on service issues such as provide propmt and effective resolution to technical problems on chiller and recommend preventive measures.

8)Preparation of risk assessments prior and ensure safety procedures and conduct during service and repairs.

9)To ensure all works carried out safely and /or in accordance with safety procedures.

10)Any other tasks, when required by Department Manager.

What will you do?

• Takes ownership for validating the project’s statement of work and contract terms with the customer, including both technical and commercial elements, becomes lead contact for customer for balance of project order. (Project Initiation).
