• Monitoring mechanical & electrical job progress
• Making sure job is done on time & coordinating with subcontractors for the projects
• Dealing with Mechanical & Electrical works based on specifications / drawings for Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection
• Ensuring compliance with all required rules for all stakeholders & contractors
• Diploma in mechanical engineering or above
• Familiar with Microsoft office & AutoCAD

Responsibilities:

• Develop energy efficiency solutions for ACMV and control systems in data centers, commercial and industrial buildings (70% engineering, 30% sales).
• Present energy solution proposal to customer, including turnkey project and maintenance.
• Attend tender site show rounds, assess site conditions, create proposals, and react to RFQs/tenders.
• Effectively respond to client queries and expectations.
• Submitting quotations / proposals to customers in a timely professional manner and continuously follow-up closely.
• Grow the aftermarket service business.
• Contribute to team effort and be accountable for sales growth objectives
• Provide technical training to customers and internal workers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in any Engineering background
• Minimum 2 years relevant sales experience in the ACMV, controls and energy solutions.
• Preferably Singaporean or PR.
• On the job skill coaching/in-house or external training provided
• Possess strong ACMV, controls and energy solution technical skills. Certifications such as SCEM, Energy Auditor and Energy Efficiency Opportunity Assessor would be a plus.
• Proven ability to make impactful business case to win multi-million ACMV, controls and energy solutions contracts.
• Have good existing network with facilities owners and M&E consultants in Singapore.
• Meticulous in execution of work duties, must possess a positive attitude and is hardworking.
• Strong interest in tackling climate change by helping the building owners improve energy efficiency
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using various CI/CD platforms to streamline cloud deployments. • Integrate automation solutions across applications to enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure best practices and security are prioritized when developing CI/CD pipelines. • Continuously improve operational workflows through task automation. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure automation solutions meet business requirements. • Act as an innovative, hands-on DevOps engineer, focusing on both the technological and strategic aspects of the platform.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies. • Strong understanding about DevOps and DevSecOps terminology. • Proficiency in automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab Runner, AWS Lambda, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS CodeBuild. • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. • Management configuration tool like Ansible, Puppet. • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell. • Experience working in multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure and GCP
