Job description

The ideal candidate has a background of at least 3 years in the education field, working experience as kindergarten English teacher would be a major advantage. Perseverance, dedication and flexibility are must.

Requirements:

● You need to be able to adapt your teaching methodologies when necessary

● Being able to engage and motivate students

● Being proactive; showing initiative

● Punctuality

● Good time management skills

● Excellent communication skills

● Good problem-solving skills

● A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience.

●Understanding the ‘concept’ of tuition centers, this is an education -yet service-oriented industry, each student is treated as an individual, instead of a ‘number’.

●Willing to work in evenings, weekends, and in the daytime during peak periods.

**Important note: **

We are only looking for full-time teachers. The monthly salary ranges from 3,000 SGD to 5,000 SGD, depending on years of teaching experience and qualifications.

Duties:

●Preparing lessons plans, and tailor the lessons to students’ needs

●Providing (written) feedback on student progress

●Developing curriculum materials

●Identifying learning obstacles

●Supervising students during peak hours

● Other ad hoc tasks

Work schedule

● The work schedule is five or six days a week depending on candidates availability.

● 09:00 to 20:00 on weekdays; 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends. (Lunch and dinner break arranged in accordance with your schedule)

● Note that the schedule is subject to change during school breaks and on public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing expert personal support to employees and managers across multiple lines of business and country locations.
• Ensure employee inquiries are properly researched and handled in the most complete and professional way.
• Connect with employees by phone and email to explore their needs and determine level of support required.
• Use your exceptional analytical skills to research and resolve complex and sensitive issues.
• Take ownership in the employee experience and contribute directly to the company culture for all employees.
• Obsess over the customer experience in every interaction.
• Document employee inquiries and resolutions accurately and effectively in a customer relationship management system.
• Provide HR support for non-English speaking colleagues based in Korea and answer their queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years related experience in employee support with good working knowledge of the dependencies between company policies, benefits, payroll and HRIS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant field
• Able to read and write in Korean (TOPIK II Level 5) to efficiently communicate with non-English speaking locals based in Korea, pertaining to their internal HR queries. To require use of Korean language.
