The Asian Languages and Cultures Academic Group (ALC) at the National Institute of Education in Singapore comprises the Chinese, Malay, and Tamil Divisions. Requirements

Successful candidates must have:

• A doctoral degree in Linguistics (Tamil Language).

• Extensive experience in teaching linguistic content knowledge, spoken Tamil, written Tamil (especially Tamil alphabet), phonology, grammar, and lexicon.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field, or relevant teaching certification
• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with parents, colleagues, and supervisors
• Patience, flexibility, and passion for teaching young children
