Teach English courses, fostering group experiences in a game-based environment and making learning enjoyable. Responsible for all matters related to the daily care of children.
- Create a warm, caring, and nurturing environment;
- Establish group activities with exploration as the focus and entertainment as the backdrop;
- Demonstrate positive teamwork skills;
- Maintain good communication with parents;
- Record children's learning experiences through campus communications, class bulletin boards, and observation reports on child growth;
- Provide a positive language environment to inspire children's enthusiasm for learning Chinese.
Leadership
- Assist other teachers, help with other classes, and lead teams in curriculum research and planning.
- Lead the team in planning holiday activities.
- Manage other tasks arranged by management and the principal.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with a preference for candidates with relevant bachelor's degrees;
- At least 5 years of experience in early childhood teaching;
- Standard Mandarin, with proper writing skills;
- Proactive and responsible work attitude;
- ECDA L2 certification.
