Responsibilities

· Deliver speech & drama curriculum / lesson plans appropriate for children

· Prepare for classes, ensuring that children are well engaged and having fun during lessons

· Handle all aspects of dramatization such as rehearsals, managing props, make-up costumes and stage directions

· Communicate with parents on children’s progress

Requirements

· Grade 7 certification in English Speech and Drama or an equivalent professional qualification from an established local / international institution

· Prior experience with children’s speech & drama classes

· Has effective classroom management skills

· Enthusiastic and committed individuals who are reliable and dedicated

· MOE and PA-registered will be an advantage

Salary

Based on hourly payment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Curriculum Writer, your primary focus will include the preparation, writing, proofreading and editing of TWC’s curriculum to be used in the classroom, as well as working on TWC’s other publications. Reporting to the Curriculum Manager, you will work together with TWC’s Curriculum Team to ensure the smooth delivery and quality of TWC’s curriculum. You will primarily be responsible for our secondary school materials, but you may also be required to work on the primary school materials should the need arise,

Your job responsibilities include:

• Create and review high quality content for learning/teaching materials
• Edit content of curriculum
• Proofread written work
• Proofread and edit TWC’s publications
• Coordinate workflow within curriculum team and other relevant teams
• Other duties associated with the role and assigned by your line manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must fulfil the following criteria:

1. Degree from a reputable university, preferably in the related fields of Law, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and Communications.
2. Experience in teaching Secondary school levels will be an added advantage.
3. Familiarity with the Cambridge O Level English Language syllabus is required.
4. Qualifications in editorial work and/or English teaching are an added bonus.
5. Excellent academic track record, particularly in English, General Paper (GP), and/or English Literature at ‘O’ and/or ‘A’ levels.
6. Meticulous, high quality work standard.
7. Strong work ethic.
8. Ability to adhere to tight deadlines with strong organisational skills.
9. Familiar with using Microsoft Word for layout.

Work Hours and Location:

• Work Days: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday.
• Work Hours: 9am to 6pm.
• Work Location: TWC HQ, Guthrie House, Bukit Timah.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain new and long-term relationship and up-to-date records of customers.
• Perform stretch & deep tissue massage for clients and yoga/Pilates session (if required) to attain exceptional service and customer’s satisfaction.
• Be up-to-date with the latest yoga/Pilates or sport massage therapy trends and skills.
• Assess customer's needs and create personalized treatment and massage therapy services based on customer’s past medical history and areas of pain.
• Educate/promote benefit of massage therapy treatments based on customers’ needs.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Any massage/yoga/Pilates certification or/and 1 year of proven instructor experience in Pilates, rehabilitation sports massage, yoga and Pilates industry is required.
• Sales Oriented with outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and enhance skills continually.
• Native or Japanese Speaking is preferred but not mandatory due to stakeholders’ management.
