Working Days: 5.5 days (alternate weekend) | 9am - 6pm

• Contribute to student learning, growth and advancement
• Maintain a growth mindset towards student learning and teaching practice
• Liaise and coordinate classess with parents
• Assist students with their homework, projects and test preparation
• Conduct practice test to prepare students for future exams
• Other ad hoc duties

Role:

• Manage the daily operations of the education centre
• Manage teachers schedules and plan courses based on demand, availability and other constraints
• Manage the direct reporting staff in charge of handling inquiries (walk-in, phone, email...)
• Issue invoices, record payment of fees
• Follow-up students and ensure quality of service
• Handle escalated clients inquiries or claims
• Resolve issues as required
• Order from suppliers (books, office supplies...)
• Ensure that the centre is cleaned properly
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 10.30am to 7.30pm, Sat 8.45am-12.45pm

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a management role in a tuition center/school
• Basic knowledge of book keeping
• Good presentation and customer-oriented
• Comfortable with clients face to face and over the phone
• Dynamic, self-driven, professional and reliable
• Proficient with Office, email and IT applications

Role:

• Teach German language to children and adults
• Contribute to the development of the German curriculum
• Report on students progress
• Related administrative work

Profile

• Fully fluent with German language (C2 expected)
• Excellent knowledge of German culture and habits
• Available to work on weekends (1 day) and weekdays evening (2 or 3 evenings)
• 3+ years experience in teaching languages preferred
