• Discover the needs of prospective owners and Owners through a series of strategically layered questions/discussion and utilize the information to customize the sales presentation.
• Provide prospective owners and Owners a Sales Gallery, Property and Model tour specific to their sales distribution site.
• Explain the features, advantages and benefits of the product and advocate the appropriate amount of points to accommodate the prospective owners and Owners current and future vacation needs.

Conducting and Managing Business Transactions

• Assure complete and accurate processing of documents pertaining to sales.
• Review details of contracts with prospective owners and Owners once they decide on purchase.
• Thoroughly review loan applications and financial documents with the customer and ensure completed properly.
• Work with Sales Management to minimize cancellations, provide comprehensive owner assurance and ensure timeliness of closings.
• Analyze problems and formulate a strategy and plan to overcome challenges of getting work done quickly with a high degree of quality.
• Complete purchase summary worksheet at end of each sale.
• Reach out to and influence Legacy Owners and Every Other Year (EOY) Owners to enroll, upgrade and maximize all reload opportunities.

NUS Cities is an open, collaborative and inclusive platform comprising education, research and advisory services that will draw on the varied talent and expertise of the university in its colleges, faculties and departments and centre of excellence. It aims to educate the next generation of students as well as current practitioners to take an urban systems approach to plan, govern, build and manage cities, using a strong case-based approach taught by both practitioners and academics. The Centre, a Centre under the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, currently teaches thirteen languages, mainly to undergraduates at elementary, intermediate, and advanced levels.

The purpose of the Educator Track Scheme is to attract, nurture, and retain suitably qualified and highly effective faculty members who approach teaching as a scholarly practice, and who therefore focus on and are passionate about excellence in teaching as a means of supporting student learning. Job Description

• Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in accordance with centre’s policies and framework.

• Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child.

• Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning.

• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children.

• Work closely with the other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties.

• Build and maintain close partnership with parents.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education

• Certified by ECDA at L1 or L2 category.
