• Monitor strengths and areas for development, inform planning and recognise the level at which the students are achieving;
• Undertake assessment of students as requested by departmental and school procedures;

Curriculum Development

• Contribute to the whole school's planning activities;
• Liaise with the Principal to ensure the implementation of the school curriculum and policies.

School development

• To co-operate with the aims and objectives of RSH, contributing towards a positive ethos by implementing the philosophy and strategies of the Virtues Project;
