Requirements

1. To be eligible to apply for our Pilates Apprenticeship Scheme, you must be a Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
2. In addition to the Pilates training that you'll receive from us, working as a Pilates instructor requires excellent people skills and communication abilities. You should enjoy working with people, both in one-on-one and team settings, and be able to build strong relationships with your clients.
3. To ensure that you have a strong foundation in Pilates, we require that you have taken 20 or more Pilates classes and have a good understanding of the differences between group and private classes.
4. You must have carefully thought about changing your career and be fully committed to become a Pilates instructor.
5. Full-time and Part-time opportunities available.

• To collaborate with Education and Training Department, department’s Nurse Managers/Clinician and other healthcare professionals in the development of on-the- job training and nursing-related clinical competencies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions
• Assist in providing initial and ongoing on-the-job training for nurses in the respective department.
• To perform clinical supervision and support newly employed nurses in the respective department.
• Act as a resource person to nurses on clinical and nursing quality-related matters.
• Enhance professional nursing development in respective department through continuous mentoring, coaching and role modeling.
• To assist Nursing Quality in the management of Nursing Quality issues as to ensure high standards of nursing practice at the respective department.
• To promote a culture of safety, quality and service excellence by constant monitoring of compliances.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid SNB Registered Nurse Practising Certificate.

• Possess a valid BCLS and AED certificate.

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic professional to join our team as the Manager and Guzheng Instructor at our music center. This role involves managing the daily operations of the music center while providing high-quality Guzheng instruction to students from primary to secondary school levels.

Roles and Responsibilities

Operational Management:

• Manage the daily operations of the music center to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Coordinate with staff and instructors to organize schedules, classes, and activities.
• Create a professional and welcoming learning environment for students and parents.
• Assist in marketing and promoting the music center to attract new students.

Teaching Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized Guzheng teaching plans based on students' learning needs.
• Prepare or adapt teaching materials to enhance learning outcomes.
• Conduct one-on-one and group lessons with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Provide regular progress updates to parents, especially for younger students.
• Guide students in preparing for performances, examinations, and competitions.

Additional Activities:

• Organize and participate in extended teaching activities such as open classes, concerts, competitions, and holiday programs.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree or above, preferably graduated from the Singapore Conservatory of Music. Specialization in Guzheng performance is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching Guzheng to children and teenagers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, sensitive to the needs of a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Ability to oversee operations and coordinate effectively between teams.
• Skilled in implementing appropriate behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.

Working Hours and Location:

Depending on class schedules, work may be required on weekends or public holidays.

Through individual and group therapy sessions, TS addresses the various needs of clients ranging from pediatric to geriatric

• Our Senior/Speech Language Therapist is directly involved in the provision of therapy services related to speech, language, swallowing/feeding, fluency and voice for the pediatric and/or adult populations.
• All our therapists are responsible for the assessment, intervention provision, and management of caseload given.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy recognized by Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Singapore, or have passed the Qualifying Examinations recognized by AHPC.
