Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver meaningful and engaging activities for children in English/Chinese Language
• Deliver lesson plans to help children learn and develop their potential
• Carry out routine care for children
• Set up inviting and enriching classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, including parents and community partners, to help children learn better
• Provide periodic updates to parents on the children’s learning and development
• Plan and organise activities and events, such as field trips and concerts, to help children learn

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DPT)
• Passionate to work with young children aged 2 months to 6 years old
• Able to work rotating shifts (7am to 7pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with members, promoting fitness and wellness.
• Design and oversee customized workout programs tailored to each member’s individual needs and goals, and lead small group fitness classes.
• Demonstrate proper use of gym equipment, monitor members' exercises, and correct any incorrect techniques.
• Remain attentive on the gym floor, initiate orientations for new members, and adjust workout programs based on members’ needs and requests.
• Utilize and implement new technologies, equipment, and techniques with proficiency.
• Maintain gym equipment, provide first aid as needed, and ensure a clean and safe workout environment.
• Deliver exceptional service both on the gym floor and at the front desk.
• Coordinate schedules efficiently and manage time effectively.
• Present a professional demeanor while being responsive and adaptable to members’ requirements.

Preferred Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Passionate in Fitness, exercising and working out.
• Possesses a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics.
• Able to commit to shifts work including PH/weekends.
• Pro-active, work well independently and in a team, sales-driven to go further.
• Preferably with recognised Personal Training qualification (ACE, FITSAF, FIC, BEC etc.); candidate with degree or diploma in sport science would have an added advantage.
