Job Responsible:

• Prepare and conduct lessons: Tailor lessons in accordance with our curriculum with a holistic understanding of your student’s learning needs to meet the unique needs and learning styles of individual students.
• Curriculum Development: Work with our curriculum development team to create useful learning materials.
• Motivation: Inspire and motivate students to excel academically and develop a love for learning. Be a role model for your students. Give appropriate advice to students to improve students’ holistic development.
• Communication: Monitor your class progression and provide honest and helpful feedback with suggestions to parents on a regular basis to improve the student’s conduct or academic performance.

Administrative:

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in English languege, Maths / Science.
• Check with students on their exam dates, record students’ test results, evaluate students’ test papers
• Conduct lessons and tutoring sessions.
• Assess and evaluate student performance(Mark papers).Provide feedback to students and parents. (Call parents and update class group chats - teacher’s personal contact would be added)
• Maintain a conducive and disciplined learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and curriculum changes.
• Assist in curriculum development and improvement.
• Take attendance and arrange makeup lessons for absentees.

Requirement:

• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience with Singapore MOE syllabus.
• Strong knowledge and passion for the subject(s) you teach.

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Workshop Instructor to lead immersive, hands-on workshops combining Science, Music, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Creative Learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interdisciplinary teaching and the ability to engage students in exploring creative solutions through technology and the arts. This role is designed for a creative educator who can inspire and guide learners of diverse backgrounds to think critically and innovatively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Workshops: Deliver engaging, interactive workshops that explore the intersection of Science, Music, AI, and Creative Learning through project-based learning.
• Curriculum Development: Design and adapt lesson plans that integrate core STEAM subjects, encouraging creativity, experimentation, and problem-solving.
• Student Engagement: Foster an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where students feel empowered to explore and collaborate on innovative projects.
• Hands-on Learning: Use a variety of tools and technologies (e.g., coding platforms, music production software, AI applications) to support creative exploration.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree or relevant experience in Science, Music, AI, Engineering, or Education with a strong focus on creative learning.
• Experience: Proven experience in conducting workshops or teaching in a STEAM or creative learning environment.
• Interdisciplinary Knowledge: Expertise in both the technical and artistic aspects of STEAM, particularly how AI can intersect with music and science.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in coding (Python, Java, etc.), music software (Ableton, GarageBand, etc.), AI platforms, and other relevant digital tools.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to design engaging, forward-thinking activities that inspire innovation among participants.
• Communication Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage participants of various ages and skill levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to guide students through creative problem-solving processes and real-world applications.

Workshop Format:

• Duration: Each workshop runs for 3-5 days with flexible hours depending on the group needs.
• Location: On-site or virtual workshops, depending on the cohort.

Working Hour:

• Weekdays: 10.30am to 7.30pm //12.30pm to 9.30pm
• Weekends: 8.45am - 6.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver English language composition writing and English language lessons in accordance with the Company's guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Mark students' scripts in accordance with the Company's guidelines and rubrics
• Ensure marked scripts are returned in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and cater to students' educational needs in a timely manner.
• Be actively involved in the planning and preparation of curriculum and innovation of teaching methodology.
• To provide timely feedback to parents and address their concerns appropriately.

Qualifications:
