We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Class Design and Implementation:Develop and deliver a range of Pilates classes suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students.
   Create personalized training plans based on individual client needs and goals.
2. Teaching and Coaching:Instruct clients on proper Pilates techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
   Motivate clients using positive communication methods to help them achieve their best performance.
   Provide one-on-one coaching, especially for clients requiring special attention.
3. Health and Wellness Guidance:Advise clients on complementary health and wellness practices that can enhance their Pilates experience.
   Stay updated with the latest Pilates trends and health research to provide informed guidance.
4. Equipment Management:Maintain and ensure proper use of Pilates equipment.
   Suggest equipment improvements or upgrades when necessary.
5. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage continued engagement and progress.
   Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Certification in Pilates instruction.
• Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor.

• Salary : Basic $3000 - $4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Sign on Bonus

Requirement :

• Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education
• LON: L1 or L2 certified

Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver English language /Chinese language composition writing and English language /Chinese language lessons in accordance with the Company's guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Mark students' scripts in accordance with the Company's guidelines and rubrics
• Ensure marked scripts are returned in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and cater to students' educational needs in a timely manner.
• Be actively involved in the planning and preparation of curriculum and innovation of teaching methodology.
• To provide timely feedback to parents and address their concerns appropriately.
