We're seeking a talented Data Analyst based in Singapore to analyze the media trend in the German market. You will leverage data analysis and market research techniques to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.

Job Description:

• Oversee the quality of ratings from external vendors and ensure accurate assessment of content relevance for German media.
• Generate detailed reports that analyze issues, patterns, and trends specific to German media content.
• Use data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) to identify insights and uncover relevance issues within query logs and metrics.
• Collaborate closely with statisticians, engineers, and data scientists to evaluate and refine search algorithms.

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent industry experience in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or relevant.
• Experience data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau.
• Good knowledge of Large Learning Model (LLM) and Artiticial Intelligence (AI).
• Familiar with search and recommendations engines.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and generating reports.
• Able to read and write in German (min. ILCE German B2 CEFR or equivalent certifications) to read, analyze and write content in German .
• Good knowledge of German media such as music and movie industries is required to support the German market.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to be proactive in bringing new, innovative ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual lessons, including general, conversational, and exam preparation courses, across face-to-face, blended, and online formats.
• Lessons may occur at our school or the client’s office.
• Allocate at least 10 hours weekly for lesson planning, grading, monitoring progress, and developing teaching resources.
• Participate in meetings, training, peer reviews, and extra-curricular activities.

Job Description

1. Complete the progress reports of the children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for every child.
2. Communicate with parents via the APP, weekly team newsletters and conferences.
3. Meet the parents to address any concerns.
4. Use positive discipline techniques at all times.
5. Guide and supervise the Assistant Teacher in the classroom.
6. Render basic first aid as and when necessary.
7. Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.
8. Be familiarised with all working curriculum documents, handbooks and policy manuals.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)
2. Fluent in English/Chinese Language (spoken and written) as lessons are conducted in English or Chinese (Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese to conduct teaching lessons in Chinese language and also to communicate in Chinese speaking parents and students)
