Job Description:

As a Pilates Reformer Instructor you will be responsible for leading group classes and providing individualized instruction to clients of all fitness levels. Your primary goal is to deliver safe and effective Pilates workouts on the reformer machine/mat while ensuring that each client's needs and goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Instruction and Demonstration:** Instruct clients on the proper use of Pilates reformer equipment, demonstrating exercises with correct form and technique.

2. **Program Development:** Create customized Pilates workouts based on individual client needs, goals, and any specific limitations or injuries.

**Qualifications:**

- **Certification:** A valid Pilates Reformer Instructor certification/Mat Pilates from a recognized organization. We do provide training and certification for those who do not have certification. It comes with a bond.

- **Experience:** Prior experience in teaching Pilates Reformer classes is good to have

- **CPR/AED Certification:** Must have a current CPR/AED certification.

- **Strong Communication:** Effective communication skills to connect with clients and provide clear instructions.

- **Anatomy Knowledge:** A good understanding of human anatomy and how it relates to Pilates.

- **Passion for Fitness:** A genuine passion for Pilates and helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
