It requires loads of traveling from condo to condo. Handling kid's emotional changes, during the class, as your pre-training plan will need to be changed drastically to plan ad-hoc. Adults students too, as there are a lot of adults out there still unable to swim.

As we are building a team of new Swimming Instructors. You have to forsake some time for Quality training and senior Instructors for live class attachments. We wouldn’t sabotage ourselves and throw you onto the battlefield without proper training and live stages.

We don’t need Competitive Swimmers as our Swim Instructors. As our comprehensive training, we can train anyone from a non-swimmer to clear the local Swim Safer 2.0 Gold standard within the first month of training. Within a year or less, you will be required to clear the UK program that requires you to swim 400m in 8 minutes as part of the Swim school requirements. Yes, you are not wrong! Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma or A Levels + Relevant Teaching Experience of 5 years or English, Education, or a related field
• Teaching Certification - MOE-recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGDE, NIE-trained) preferred.
• Experience: At least 2–3 yearsof experience teaching primary-level English in Singapore, preferably with PSLE preparation.
• Familiarity with MOE syllabus and assessment criteria.
• Strong command of the English language** and effective communication skills.

Job Description

- Work with children aged 18 months to 6 years old

- Conduct lessons with children in accordance to company's and ECDA's policies, guidelines and framework

- Undertake operational and administrative duties for the centre to ensure compliance to industry regulations and smooth-running
