Reporting to the Curriculum Manager, you will work together with TWC’s Curriculum Team to ensure the smooth delivery and quality of TWC’s curriculum. You will primarily be responsible for our secondary school materials, but you may also be required to work on the primary school materials should the need arise,

Your job responsibilities include:

• Create and review high quality content for learning/teaching materials
• Edit content of curriculum
• Proofread written work
• Proofread and edit TWC’s publications
• Coordinate workflow within curriculum team and other relevant teams
• Other duties associated with the role and assigned by your line manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must fulfil the following criteria:

1. Degree from a reputable university, preferably in the related fields of Law, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and Communications.
2. Experience in teaching Secondary school levels will be an added advantage.
3. Familiarity with the Cambridge O Level English Language syllabus is required.
4. Qualifications in editorial work and/or English teaching are an added bonus.
5. Excellent academic track record, particularly in English, General Paper (GP), and/or English Literature at ‘O’ and/or ‘A’ levels.
6. Meticulous, high quality work standard.
7. Strong work ethic.
8. Ability to adhere to tight deadlines with strong organisational skills.
9. Familiar with using Microsoft Word for layout.

Work Hours and Location:

• Work Days: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday.
• Work Hours: 9am to 6pm.
• Work Location: TWC HQ, Guthrie House, Bukit Timah.

• Be able to deliver different class programs/class formats.
• Knowledgeable in group yoga instruction and coaching.

• Be motivating and able to give clear instructions.
• Connect with clients during the yoga classes through fun, intelligent sequencing.
• Minimum 6 months to one year of experience in teaching group yoga classes.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferable).
• Education or experience in health and fitness (preferable).
• Able to commit on a long-term basis.

Qualifications:

Certified Aerial Yoga Instructor.

Good communication skills and ability to motivate others.

Previous teaching experience is beneficial.

Must have a current CPR/AED certification.
