Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive English enrichment classes in accordance with the enrichment centre’s curriculum.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to inspire students’ interest in reading and learning English.
• Prepare teaching materials and resources for lessons as per the company’s guidelines.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to parents.
• Participate in staffs and curriculum meetings, training sessions and other professional development activities.
• Ensure classroom and materials are maintained in an organized and presentable condition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Early Childhood or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is an advantage).
• Those with Diploma in relevant field are welcome to apply too.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, particularly in English or literacy programs, is preferred.
• Strong command of the English language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and able to adapt teaching styles to suit individual student needs.

1. Teach English composition writing to primary school students (online classes only) between 2 to 8 per class.

2. Marking of students' work and composition (with Acrobat Reader software).

3. Communicate with parents on students' progress via ClassDojo.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A1 or A2 grade for GCE 'O' level English subject or an A grade for GCE 'A' level General Paper.

- Experience in teaching primary school English composition or creative writing in enrichment or tuition centres for at least 2 years.

- Experience in teaching students online via Zoom or similar online platforms.

- Able to manage students and engage them during online lessons.
