Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Freelance Vietnamese Language Teacher to provide quality language instruction to students of various levels. Key Responsibilities:

1. Language Instruction:Teach Vietnamese language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
   Provide lessons tailored to individual or group needs.
   Incorporate cultural elements to enhance language learning.
   
2. Lesson Planning:Develop customized lesson plans and materials to meet the students' goals (e.g., conversational Vietnamese).
   Use a variety of teaching techniques and tools, including online resources and multimedia.
   
3. Assessment and Feedback:Assess students' progress regularly and adjust lessons accordingly.
   Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
   
4. Student Engagement:Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
   Encourage consistent practice and provide resources for self-study.
   
5. Administration:Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
   Communicate effectively with students regarding scheduling and course updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Vietnamese language.
  good command of English for effective communication with non-native Vietnamese speakers.
  
• Teaching Experience:Previous experience teaching Vietnamese as a language is preferred.
  Familiarity with different teaching methods and learning tools (e.g., online platforms, language apps).
  
• Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual lessons, including general, conversational, and exam preparation courses, across face-to-face, blended, and online formats.
• Lessons may occur at our school or the client’s office.
• Allocate at least 10 hours weekly for lesson planning, grading, monitoring progress, and developing teaching resources.

Job Description:

• To collaborate with Education and Training Department, department’s Nurse Managers/Clinician and other healthcare professionals in the development of on-the- job training and nursing-related clinical competencies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions
• Assist in providing initial and ongoing on-the-job training for nurses in the respective department.
• To perform clinical supervision and support newly employed nurses in the respective department.
• Act as a resource person to nurses on clinical and nursing quality-related matters.
• Enhance professional nursing development in respective department through continuous mentoring, coaching and role modeling.
• To assist Nursing Quality in the management of Nursing Quality issues as to ensure high standards of nursing practice at the respective department.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid SNB Registered Nurse Practising Certificate.
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing with a strong clinical nursing background.
• Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Orthopedic, Oncology, Med-surg)
• Clinical Instructor certificate is preferred.
• Possess a valid BCLS and AED certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of Clinical experience
• Able to commit to morning and afternoon shifts
