Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver English language composition writing and English language lessons in accordance with the Company's guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Mark students' scripts in accordance with the Company's guidelines and rubrics
• Ensure marked scripts are returned in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and cater to students' educational needs in a timely manner.
• Be actively involved in the planning and preparation of curriculum and innovation of teaching methodology.
• To provide timely feedback to parents and address their concerns appropriately.
• To be tasked with 12 classes of various levels (Primary 1 - Secondary 4)

Qualifications:

• NIE Trained Teachers or teachers with at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience in established enrichment centers.
• Familiar with the latest MOE syllabus and examination requirements
• Possess at least a Diploma in Education/Teaching or Bachelor’s Degree
  (any field).
• Prior experience in teaching English language creative writing is an advantage.

Position: English & Writing Teacher Specialist (Primary school)

Job Description:

• Teach English Creative Writing (Primary)
• Implement standardized proprietary curriculum to help students perform well in school.
• Take pride in keeping track of your students’ progress and development, and are self-motivated to go the extra mile to support those who need it.
• Build good rapport with students, as well as their parents.

Our ideal teacher is/has:

• A confident communicator
• Fun, and able to make lessons enjoyable
• Teaching experience is preferred (Training is provided)

Required working hours for full-time position:

• ABLE TO WORK tuition centre operation hours ie. Weekday nights and Saturday
• Tuesday- Friday (12.00pm-8.45pm) Saturday (8.45am-5.00pm)
• Closed: Sun, Mon & PH
• Sundays are non-working days which is rare for the tuition industry

• Develops and contributes to the creation of the annual training plan for service technicians.
• Delivers diverse training content for service technicians, collaborating with experts to build confidence in delivery and address trainee queries.
• Applies all stages of the training cycle; advises on development opportunities, conducts training needs analysis, prioritizes needs, assesses competence, and improves based on feedback.
• Collects business insights to enhance service technician training programs.
• Delivers training in a structured, accessible manner, adapting to the audience’s skill levels and language needs.
• Facilitates competence assessments; supports service managers in maintaining schedules and standards; provides coaching for better understanding and application of training.
• Collaborates with the training coordinator to manage and audit training records, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Participates in service technician duties to maintain operational skills and competence through regular reviews and assessments.
• Engages with the technician community, sharing expertise, promoting best practices, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
• Uses practical experience to review and update processes, standards, and training materials.
• Identifies and escalates issues of non-compliance, collaborates with teams to resolve problems, and drives ongoing improvement efforts.
• Assists in incident investigations and implements corrective actions to improve service operations.

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Nitec/Diploma in Marine Engineering, General Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Holds at least 5 years of extensive experience as a subject matter expert in the field, achieving a fully competent level.
• Demonstrates strong technical expertise with practical skills in installing and maintaining fire extinguishers and associated equipment.
• Highly detail-oriented, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards and protocols.
