Job Description

• Refine teaching and learning approaches aligned to Bright Kids curriculum
• Refine classroom management strategies, and strategies to observe and document children’s learning
• Engage children meaningfully through the customisation of curriculum and use of appropriate pedagogy
• Implement differentiated teaching and learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of children
• Inculcate the core values of Early Childhood Education through classroom activities and programmes
• Design quality learning environments
• Enhance trusting, respectful relationships with children through classroom curriculum and programmes

Requirements

• No prior preschool teaching experience required
• A minimum B4 grade for English Language (EL1)
• A degree or local poly diploma or 5 O-level credits
• Willing to be part of the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and Career Trial (CT)
• Singaporeans or PRs are preferred

We are looking for passionate English teachers who can help prepare students for standardized tests and entrance exams for both local and international schools ( IB) .

Job description

The ideal candidate has a background of at least 2 years in the education field, and prior knowledge of the IB curriculum or NIE trained would be an added advantage.
