What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience with children aged 3 to 7 years old.
• Dynamic Personality: A creative and energetic individual who brings excitement to the classroom.
• Effective Communicator: Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons, helping students grasp key concepts and complete their daily homework and spelling tasks.
• Supervise and care for primary school children (Primary 1 to 6), ensuring their safety and well-being from school to the student center.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about students’ behavior and learning progress.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the center, ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as delegated by the Centre Head.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to guide all 4 primary school subjects: Chinese, English, Math, and Science. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to guide students in the Chinese language subject.
• A demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
• Previous experience teaching children, especially at the primary level, is preferred.

Curriculum & Instructional Excellence

· Assist in creating clean, safe and conducive learning environment which promotes student learning and development

· Assist lead class educator in preparing and producing learning materials

· Assist and guide students in carrying out instructions and activities during lessons

Holistic Student Development

· Assist lead class educator to collect data to monitor students’ learning and behavioural progress

· Support lead class educator in determining individualised goals for each student to enhance their development

· Build strong rapport with students using positive behaviour strategies

Professional Development

· Participate in cluster meetings and professional development activities to upgrade relevant knowledge and skills

Other Areas

Participate in various school initiatives & events

Assist in CCA duties

Requirements:

• O Levels/Relevant Certificates in Education are welcome
• Candidates who possessed a Local Diploma / IB / A Levels / Local Degree may be considered for the position of Educator
• Relevant experience in teaching special needs students will be an advantage
