Responsibilities include:

● Collaborating with other educators to implement best practices and respectful nurturing and care to children aged 18 months to 6 years old.

● Creating an emergent curriculum that is developmentally appropriate and aligned with our Reggio Emilia-inspired pedagogy.

● Lead parent communications in-person and via online platforms, displaying strong communications skills, providing a nurturing, cooperative approach to parent relationships in a multi-cultural community.

● Ensure a clean, safe and enriching environment for children’s explorations

● Engage in reflective practice using planning and observation tools provided
