Job Description:

• Work with the Centre Manager and peers in planning and delivering the programme to classes assigned to you.
• Conduct lessons in accordance to company's and ECDA's policies, guidelines and framework.
• Undertake operational duties in compliance to industry regulations.
• Conduct routine care for children.
• Keep accurate records of children's progress.
• Build and maintain good relationships with parents.
• Any other duties assigned to you from time to time by the Centre Manager.

Key Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Preschool Education - Teaching (DPET) or equivalent
• Passion, creative and inspiring with positive energy
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and a team player
• Proficient in Letterland

• Salary: $3,000 - $4,500
• Working hours : 3 Weekdays 1.00pm-8.00pm & 2 Weekends 10.00am-7.00pm

Job Scope:

• Teaching students according to the MOE syllabus and curriculum
• Guiding and motivating students to succeed in their academics
• Curriculum development when necessary
• Monitoring of student work
• Following up with and updating parents on their child’s progress
