Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver English language composition writing and English language lessons in accordance with the Company's guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Mark students' scripts in accordance with the Company's guidelines and rubrics
• Ensure marked scripts are returned in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and cater to students' educational needs in a timely manner.
• Be actively involved in the planning and preparation of curriculum and innovation of teaching methodology.
• To provide timely feedback to parents and address their concerns appropriately.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct all-English teaching, tailoring lessons to children’s levels and needs, and designing engaging course content.
2. Evaluate three children’s progress regularly, provide detailed reports to parents, and suggest improvements.
3. Assign and check homework to reinforce learning.
4. Foster an immersive English environment and share Singaporean culture to enhance understanding.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Education, Linguistics, or related fields preferred.
2. Native-level English proficiency and a teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, etc.).
3. 3–5 years of experience teaching English to children or teens.
4. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
5. Passionate about education, responsible, and adaptable to students’ needs.
6. Respectful of cultural differences and cross-cultural communication.

Priority Considerations:

• Experience in remote teaching and adapting to work-from-home environments.
• Background in psychology or child development.

Work Details:

• Location: Singapore
• Hours: 2 PM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
