Reporting to the Principal, this role focuses on teaching, program development, and parental engagement. The position involves internal and external client service, ensuring the highest quality of care and learning for children.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and implement programs in line with MindChamps’ policies, frameworks, and philosophy.
• Prepare children’s developmental portfolios and progress reports for each semester.
• Set up an engaging and stimulating learning environment that encourages self-directed learning.
• Manage classroom routines and ensure safety, hygiene, and care for all children.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children and parents.

Job Description

The Preschool English Language Teacher is responsible for planning and carrying out activities in line with the requirements of the ECDA.

This involves developing work schemes and lesson plans to motivate children and imaginatively using resources to help them learn. The teacher will also be responsible for developing the social and communication skills of children and provide a safe and secure environment in which the child can learn. The assigned teacher will need to record observations and summarise the children’s development and maintain cordial relationships with the parents.

We are expanding and need EY2, L1, L2 teachers with the following requirements –

• Candidate must have ACEY, ACECCE, DPT certificates or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience with a similar job scope
• PC Literate
