Job Responsibilities:
1) Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in
accordance with centre’s policies and framework
2) Complete progress reports on children for each semester and
prepares a developmental portfolio for each child
3) Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning
environment that promotes self directed learning
4) Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out
routine care duties to ensure the safety and hygiene of the children
5) Work closely with the other teaching staff in the class in carrying out
the duties
6) Build and maintain a close partnership with parents
Requirements:
1) Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
2) Certified by ECDA at L2 category
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4) Preferably have at least 1 year of relevant working experience in a
preschool environment
5) A high tolerance level towards children is an advantage
6) Able to work well independently as well as within a team
