• Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, both locally and internationally.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in communication with key stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.This is to facilitate the translation needs for our senior management.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a translator, preferably in a technical or corporate setting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
• Experience in the fire security or safety industry is a plus but not required.
