Person Specifications

• Minimum Advanced Certification/ Diploma in Early childhood courses or in relevant courses
• Registered with Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) would have an added advantage
• Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking)
• Proficient in the use of technology and online applications
• Preferably Certified in Child First Aid
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in working with children as a full time Homeroom Teacher Assistant would be preferred.
• Provides excellent customer service to parents, students, teachers and school leader
• Promote and market the school to relevant stakeholders appropriately
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, parents, students and the wider school community.
• Proficient in English and other languages such as Mandarin, Japanese or Korean would be preferred in order to be able to liaise with Chinese, Japanese and Korean speaking students and parents.
• Due to employment pass limitations, candidates who do not require a pass to work in Singapore will be considered for the role.

Person Specifications
