• Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside in-house therapists and specialists to develop customized learning strategies for children with unique needs.
• Inclusive Environment: Teach in small classes with strong teacher-student ratios (Playgroup - N2: 1 teacher per 5 children; K1 - K2: 1 teacher per 8 children) and additional classroom support as needed.
• Experiential Learning Focus: Engage children through play and exploration while maintaining solid academic foundations, helping each child reach their highest potential.
• Professional Growth: Develop your expertise through hands-on training and exposure to early intervention strategies and inclusive education practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach and Inspire: Create high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to both mainstream and special needs children, supporting their holistic growth.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE).
• L2 Certification recognized by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
• Experience with Special Needs Education: Experience with learning differences (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia) is a plus.
• Commitment to Holistic Education: A strong dedication to supporting children of diverse abilities and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
