• Adapt classroom activities and materials to suit the child’s learning style and needs.
• Assist with managing behavior and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the class teacher to implement and monitor tailored learning strategies.
• Encourage the child’s participation in group activities and interactions with peers.
• Communicate regularly with teachers and parents about the child’s progress and any areas of concern.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs (preferred).

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
