CMC are hiring! We have a permanent opportunity for a bilingual Client Services Executive (Mandarin or Cantonese & English) to join our CFD team, based onsite in our Singapore office.

Please note that this role is only open to Singapore based candidates who are Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents or LTVP Holders with PLOC.

What will you be doing:

• No cold calls! The aim of this role is to support our clients, which are at the heart of everything we do.
• Proactively respond to inbound client queries through Phone, Email, Live Chat and Messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador by providing excellent and high calibre client service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Maintain KPI and SLA targets, both individually and as a team.
• Take ownership for ensuring accurate client information is recorded in relevant internal systems (e.g. Pega).

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Operates with integrity and a highly client centric mindset, with an ability to build and enhance strong and meaningful client relationships.
• Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry and financial markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin or Cantonese & English, typing included).
• Strong resilience and capacity to work with customers with varying degrees of market knowledge in a call centre environment.
• Customer service experience will be helpful.
• Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline desirable (Business, Finance, Economics etc.).

Full time position Monday - Friday, ideally on a rotating roster. Shift times are 7am to 4pm, 1pm to 10pm or 2pm to 11pm.

Reporting to Principal on teaching and administration matters, this role is a dedicated internal and external client service position, involving teaching, program development, and parental engagement, co-operatively with all team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of MindChamps.
• Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and implement the programs in class.
• Keep accurate records of the Champs’ progress. Address each Champ’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability. Complete progress reports and a developmental portfolio of each Champ for each semester.
• Meet with parents to address any concerns or requests. Communicate with parents via the Connection Book at least once a week, weekly update, newsletters and Parent-Teacher conferences.
• Use positive guidance strategies and techniques at all times.
• Guide and supervise Assistant Teacher in the classroom.
• Render basic first aid as and when necessary.
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with the Champs and their parents.
• Supervise and mentor teachers in their delivery of the programme for their classes across different levels.
• Assist the Principal with added responsibilities such as vetting of the newsletters/progress reports/portfolios, organization of events and planning of excursions.
• Conduct in house training for teachers.
• Support the Principal with management of parents’ feedback.

Key requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DECCE-T or equivalent) in Chinese Language curriculum
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong passion to nurture young children
• Able to work as a team, and independently when needed
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position
