Metta Preschool Punggol (慈光幼儿园) has been providing specialized early intervention programs since its official opening on 31 July 2010. We receive cases from SG Enable through hospital referrals, with enrollment following an initial screening process. • Responsible for the operations of the centre
• Responsible for the planning and preparation of lessons
• Responsible for the execution of lessons
• Responsible for reporting on progress of each child under their care
• Teach and help children with homework, ensuring that all homework is completed by the end of the week
• Build relationships with children and parents
• Complete administrative tasks to support the running of the centre e.g. attendance, reporting etc.
• Assist in maintaining the safety and effectiveness of the learning environment incl. cleanliness and tidiness

Job Responsibility:

• Educate and nurture child to express artistic ability, creativity through principles of art and techniques.

• Possess Diploma or Bachelor degree in Arts or equivalent.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for planning and implementing programs for young children
• Hold regular parent-teacher meetings to address children’s progress, issues, concerns, or parent complaints (if any)
• Observe, assess and document children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health
• Identify behavioral problems and develop appropriate strategies to address them
