Job Description

1. Detention Sessions (DS) Co-ordinator

• Supervise Detention Sessions (DS) from Monday to Friday, after school until 4.30pm.
• Implement, monitor, and supervise DS, ensuring consistency in processes and following up on procedures.
• Follow up with defaulters of DS.
• Maintain, compile, and upkeep detention records and data.
• Update Form Teachers (FTs) on detention attendance.

2. Maintain Operations of Student Management (SM) Centre

• Manage and maintain operations and data records at the Student Management Centre, including loan and issuance of items, lost and found, early leave records, attendance, and updating of school data management system.

3. Case Management and Follow-up
