Job Description:

• Ability to design and create custom circuits and PCBs for products/projects by selecting suitable components (Interface with Sensors/Actuators/Relays etc.)

• Design the communications protocol between hardware and software modules.

• Knowledge/experience in PCB layout software (eg. KiCAD)

• Knowledge/experience in ESP32 microcontrollers (Platform IO/ C++)

• Knowledge/experience in Raspberry Pi, Linux, Node-Red, Docker

• Knowledge in communications protocols such as MQTT, Web Sockets, REST API

• Be a team player.

Key Responsibilities

Functional and Automation testing experience including tools such as Selenium, UFT, JIRA, Postman
• Degree in software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering or infocomm-related discipline
• Must have professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation
• Strong understanding of testing techniques, risk analysis
• Strong understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Experience with automation scripting (i.e. Python and shell scripts)
• Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks (i.e. RobotFramework, Selenium Webdriver)
• Experience with open-source performance testing tools (i.e. JMeter, Gatling, Locust) or enterprise level testing tools (HP LoadRunner)
• Experience with open-source penetration testing tools (ZAP, Burp Suite, SQL Map) or enterprise level penetration testing tools (HP WebInspect, Nessus, CheckMarx)
• Working experience in Agile environment will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Proactive, self-driven and motivated

GitHub, Jenkins/ Ansible, Jfrog, Nexus, SonarQube and AWS Services
● Must have relevant DevOps experience
● Hands-on experience working on AWS
● Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker, and Kubernetes
● Good understanding of virtualization and networking concepts
● Hands-on experience with configuration management systems such as Terraform, Packer and Ansible
● Hands-on experience with production deployments such as Kubernetes and automating provisioning with IaC best practices.
Hands-on experience in linux server administration, and shell scripting with Bash, and good to have other scripting languages.
● Knowledge in system architecture is a plus
● Has knowledge with tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, ELK
● Experience with highly scalable distributed systems
● Breadth of knowledge - OS, networking, distributed computing, cloud computing
● Manage the operations of cloud infrastructure and application services
● Strong technical aptitude including excellent troubleshooting and communications skills
● Good understanding and working knowledge of Agile projects such as SCRUM and KANBAN
