• Experienced in other technologies such as database administration, storage, backup, web, MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and middleware will be advantageous.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree Computer Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in MS Windows infrastructure management
• Excellent Windows Server Administration ability Certified MCSA for Windows Server or MS IIS Administration
• Possess ITIL v3 Foundation Certification, VMWare VCP Certification or Training
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and experienced and skilled in Windows scripting
• Independent with good time management

Job Description

· Schedule & Program

· To supervise the site work

· To co-ordinate and liaise with Maincon and Subcon

· To attend all the necessary meetings with Maincon/consultant

· To update the monthly site progress

· To update site progress claim

· To revise and update all the shop drawing, as-built drawing and O&M

· To ensure site safety & document submission (RA, MOS and etc)

· Carry out inspection with RTO/Consultant

· To update superior on the site matter or changes

· To certify subcon progress claim

· Maintain good relationship with client

· Monitor and request for equipment and material delivery

· To lead team leader in project execution, planning, scheduling and

· Any adhoc duty assigned by superior

· The scope of work to be reviewed time by time

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Diploma
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in commercial projects
• Expertised in Fire protection system preferred

1. Implement variation work upon receiving new drawings or site verbal for submission for claims.

2. Monitor site works and report to project manager.

3. Check with site supervisors about materials and make sure materials are ordered in advance for sites.

4. Providing technical supports.

5. Remind site supervisors to provide updates and pictures before leaving the site.

6. Notify the managment if there is additional cost which are not quoted.

7. Seek advice with higher managment regarding issues on sites that is diffcult to be solved.
