Take lead operations and sales departments in teaching the use, maintenance, operation and repair of equipment and fixtures;

Ensure equipment and installations are functioning and ready as planned;

Plan and maintain spare parts inventory;

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the virtual team to prepare technical and commercial solutions for electrifications solutions such as transformer, switchgear, MV & LV drives, DC & UPS, busduct, cabling system, protection system, current limiter, etc.
• Preparing E-House solutions for Offshore & On-shore application and digital solutions for electrical assets.
• Preparing technical and commercial bid for offshore wind substation (OSS) including high voltage GIS & large power transformer.
• Working with your sales colleagues to help to grow the profitability of the business.
• Providing technical support on electrification solutions to hub & global level based on needs.
• Attending customer visit with sales colleagues and conduct technical presentations and clarifications on electrification solutions.
• Participating in the order negotiation and finalization of projects.
• Actively supporting Sales, Front-End-Sales Teams to achieve the local division order booking budget.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in design engineering experience ideally in electrical system design including system study, Electrical room layout design, SLD design, Cable system design, DC& UPS sizing.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, either Bachelor or Technology ideally focused on Electrical.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of electrical design, basic HVAC design and/or structural design as well as in high voltage GIS & large power transformer will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Offshore E-House solution include offshore class rules like ABS, DNV is a huge advantage.

Responsibilities

Supervising the progress of work on site.
Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule.
Study of Construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and subcontractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
To assist project manager in project co-ordination and to resolve technical issue.
Ensuring that works on site are carried out according to specifications / drawings.

Requirements

Familiar with ACMV/HVAC (Chilled Water) systems.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Computer literate

Responsibilities

• To monitor and supervise sub contractors’ work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, main contractor or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples
• Review and align ACMV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Knowledge in M&E and able to identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions
• Manage and execute project as per the deadline
• Attend meeting with subcontractors / contractors / clients to address issues and update progress
• Study and review drawings, specifications for compliance
• Allocate work and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Candidate with more than 10 years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior position
• Preferably candidate with relevant working experience in the Construction Industry especially in ACMV system installation
• Sound knowledge in ACMV System, Local / International Code of Practice / Standard, Green Mark Requirement, Hydronic / Static Calculation, BIM, Revit, Autocad would be an advantage
• Good working attitude and a team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
