Required Skills & Qulaification:

• 5 to 7 years’ experience in deploying network and security equipment, such as Cisco routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and DWDM Layer 1 experience.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IP multicast, QoS, VPC, VRF, spanning tree, Data
• Centre setup and Cisco ISE with strong deployment and troubleshooting experience
• 5 to 7 years’ experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting/analysis tools, such as Zabbix, MFNA, SolarWinds, Wireshark, CPacket, Sev One .
• Familiarity with Market access across Asia Pacific, and ability to utilize network knowledge and experience to improve network infrastructure performance.
• Working knowledge of ITIL framework

Senior Cybersecurity engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Security solutions to protect the IT Security Infrastructure from Cyber threats. This includes Intrusion Detection / Prevention systems, Firewalls, Cryptography Systems

Design and implement the security principles for hosting the web applications.

Design, validate, implement and document end-to-end processes workflows on security implementations.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is a must.

At least 10 years of experience in the IT Security domain.

At least 10 years of experience in handling the Cybersecurity Incidents and collaborate with other operational teams.

At least 10 years of experience in Illumio Zero Trust, Checkpoint R81.10, Fortigate Firewalls and must be good in understanding NAC principles

In-depth knowledge of current cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors

Proficient in Microsoft office products, Tufin suite, Micro-segmentation, Web application firewalls, IPS / IDS platforms.

Strong fundamental understanding of Internet Security and Critical Controls.

SME in the WAF platforms, especially in the F5 Advanced WAF and VMware AVI NG WAF(MOD Sec).

Guide the engineers on the WAF operational activities, along with handling Network Security Team

Must be good in analysing and reviewing the IPS policies on the Cisco Firepower Threat Defense systems (FTD), Fortiguard and Fortinet security control features.

Expert in handling the zero-day vulnerabilities and mitigate the web-based attacks by custom scripts / iRules.

Act as SPOC for the cyber drill / BAS(Breach & Attack Simulation) activities and co-ordinate with infrastructure teams and report the vulnerabilities for the review.

Analyse the web security events and revival session with the application teams in strengthening the security policies.

Must be good in packet capture analysis and Firewall rule coding principles and Rule compliance.

Proficiency in writing programming/scripting languages (Python, Unix/Linux, etc.) is a plus.

Familiarity with common security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 & NIST and the ability to specify where and how security controls should be applied to or engineered into the

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Role and Responsibilities

a) Involve in various stages of the systems development life cycle; adopting waterfall, agile or hybrid development methodology. b) Involve in project planning and budgeting. c) Plan and lead project delivery. d) Involve in procurement (e.g. Call RFP/ITQ, evaluate and award to selected vendor). e) Manage and work closely with various stakeholders (e.g. end users, senior management and external vendor). f) Conduct user requirement gathering sessions for the development / implementation of new system or enhancements to existing systems. g) Manage project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades are in accordance with project methodologies and policies. h) Manage project based on the project plan and timeline to meet identified business needs, within agreed parameter of cost, duration and quality. i) Mitigate project risks. j) Understand IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes, procedures and system are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines. k) Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems. l) Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members. m) Conduct end user training if required.

Requirements / Qualifications a) Degree/Master in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent. b) Seven (7) years’ experience in providing data warehouse or advanced analytics solutions. c) Minimal Four (4) years’ experience in project management. d) Thorough understanding of data warehouse concepts, dimensional design, and advanced analytics techniques. e) Experience in any Data Management, Business Intelligence or Advanced Analytics tools. f) Ability to manage/influence users, vendors and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams. g) Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently, as well as in a team. h) Exposure to hospital information / clinical systems is an added advantage. i) AWS cloud experience is a must. j). Experience in Tableau Cloud, Informatica IDMC and Databricks projects is preferred.

Preferred Skills: • Experience in AWS Services focusing on data and architecting. • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. • Understanding of DevOps principles for managing and deploying data pipelines. • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of data governance and data cataloguing tools, especially Informatica IDMC.

• Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications and infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability across development, staging, and production.
• Oversee and configure cloud resources, including compute, storage, networking, and security, to support multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Streamline build, test, and deployment processes to support continuous integration and delivery across multiple environments.
• Enforce security best practices across cloud, CI/CD, and virtualized environments to safeguard applications and data.

SUMMARY

The SIEM Infrastructure Engineer reports to our SIEM Infrastructure Engineering Manager and handles production support and onboarding for our Elastic SIEM global customer instances. We are hiring customer-facing entry and mid-level individuals for this team who will be able to organize and drive multiple customer implementations and maintenance scenarios at once.  This is a position for a tech-savvy individual so we expect the majority of the work to be done remotely with customer interaction mainly being telephonic, email or video and occasional customer site visits.

• Our SIEM Infrastructure Engineers are security problem solvers!  They look at the SIEM Infrastructure and think “problem,” first, “tool set” second.  We are tasked today with utilizing the Elastic SIEM to enhance our customers’ security, but we see other products on the horizon.  We seek a security minded professional who is creative with their problem-solving skills, adaptable with their tool sets, but also proficient today in the Elastic SIEM product. 
• Ability to work in a team:  Our US SIEM Infrastructure Engineers do not work in a silo!  They are in front of our customers before and after the sales helping to determine needs, find solutions, and outline work to be done.  They are supported by a global team of Elastic Stack Architects, Admins and Developers who also execute and support the Elastic implementations we envision.  We seek individuals who are able to work in a global team and pass work from shift to shift as needs require. Lone wolves are not allowed!
• Ability to work independently:  This is a hybrid position that services customers across the globe.  Our staff works both remotely and in office for client meetings and presentations.

• The nitty gritty:  1-2+ years hands on experience in engineering and supporting a large scale Elastic Stack environment; strong event logging solutions for large corporations is preferred; experienced with multiple security platform administration or engineering within large-scale or global enterprises combined; understanding of Network Firewalls, Load-balancers, and complex network designs; good understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems, good command on Python, Perl, SQL, Regex and Shell scripting is preferred.
• Specific work history should include knowledge in Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, and Elasticsearch
• Clear understanding of Elastic's data onboarding process and CIM mapping.
• Ability to define and clearly express work required to customers.
