About the role

We are looking for a Senior Environmental Designer with sustainable design experience and specialist knowledge in building energy optimisation to consult on projects.

You will be responsible for delivering environmental and sustainability advice on projects for both internal and external clients. This will involve consulting on environmental design, sustainability benchmarking/implementation, daylight & shading design, sustainable systems, materials and waste, with emphasis on building energy optimisation. This consultancy will be demonstrated through sound analytics including building physics. Projects will range from masterplanning to detailed design of specific buildings across all scales and locations of the globe. Work will often be coordinated with an approach to the mechanical and electrical servicing concept, and where the project is for an internal client you will support design engineers to achieve this.

You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a range of projects, leading and maintaining environmental design inputs on a range of projects for internal clients and/or providing specialist knowledge to other projects/teams. Using industry benchmarks and internal standards, you will ensure the timely delivery of considered and accurate project information. Where projects are not being delivered to internal clients you but also provide a point of contact between Atelier Ten and our clients/collaborators. You will also be responsible for leading and co-ordinating the internal efforts of junior staff across Atelier Ten, providing appropriate frameworks and tools, agreeing appropriate standards and co-ordinating delivery against these standards.

Corporate Compliance is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable ESG Compliance Officer for APAC, Assistant Vice President, to oversee and ensure APAC compliance with Sustainability (Environmental, Social, and Governance) regulations regionally, including responsibility for testing and reporting of applicable laws, rules, regulatory guidance, and internal policy requirements. The ESG Compliance Officer will work with a global team, cross functionally, to monitor and keep pace with regulatory obligations, develop frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory obligations and the firm’s sustainability strategy as well as provide oversight of the first line of defense ESG related activities. As ESG Compliance Officer for APAC, Assistant Vice President, you will:

The Site Engineer (Building) is responsible for assisting on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

The responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.
