Responsibilities :

• Involves in Development and Application Support for multiple applications in banking domain.
• Perform initial analysis for production issues and come with workaround or next action plan, working closely with counter parties (e.g. business users)
• Drive the investigations of critical production issues involving business users, vendors and different application teams from sub systems.
• Work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
• Manage Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance with the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
• Provide Solution's and Coordinate with infrastructure activities for applications from initiation to go-live.
• Manage implementations of new application releases adhering to the best practices of the release management process.
• Enhance existing development, release, support process to maintain/improve service level & quality.
• Use dev-ops tools and frameworks to monitor applications and build recovery processes.
• Collaborate well with other team members and stakeholders in agile teams.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of total experience in Application Support / Development. (Application support experience in mission critical applications in banking domain is a plus)
• Development experience in technologies like Java, Spring boot, SQL, Shells scripts, C#.net
• Fluent working in Linux environments and command line tools.
• Good to have experience: OpenShift, ELK, Application Monitoring Tools, Cloud Technologies
• Education: Preferably a degree in computer science/IT
• Experience of DevOps tools and framework to monitor applications.
• Team player with good inter-personal skills and ability to work with other teams as well as with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with can do mindset and minimal supervision.
• Good problem solving and process improvement skills, detailed and logical in thought process, able to articulate clearly and have good written and verbal communication skills.

• Day to day operation of managing, administration of all cisco switches and Clearpass on customer site.

• Support operations such as production networks in a hyper-scale and heterogeneous environment.

• Perform deep dives on complex technical issues across networks, ranging from automated tooling to hardware failures and network issues.

• Anticipate potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate/minimize.

• Participate and improve escalation and emergency response with detailed postmortem while addressing issues systematically to prevent future occurrences.

• Align with cross-functional relationships with Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Traffic, Logistics, Program Management, and OEM partners to deliver superb operational results and manage the performance of external vendors.

• Escorting of vendors when needed.

Requirements

• Address customer complaints, offering timely solutions to resolve their issues.
• Track product performance, providing regular updates and feedback on customer service requests.
• Report recurring customer concerns to management to help prevent future issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Semiconductor Industry
• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
• Good team player with the ability to work independently

What you'll do :

Conduct reviews for compliance of the ML models in accordance with overall platform governance principles such as versioning, data / model lineage, code best practices and provide feedback to data scientists for potential improvements

· Develop pipelines for continuous operation, feedback and monitoring of ML models leveraging best practices from the CI/CD vertical within the MLOps domain.

· Optimize AI development environments (development, testing, production) for usability, reliability and performance.

· Have a strong relationship with the infrastructure and application development team in order to understand the best method of integrating the ML model into enterprise applications (e.g., transforming resulting models into APIs)

· Work with data engineers to ensure data storage (data warehouses or data lakes) and data pipelines feeding these repositories and the ML feature or data stores are working as intended

· Evaluate open-source and AI/ML platforms and tools for feasibility of usage and integration from an infrastructure perspective

· Staying updated about the newest developments, patches and upgrades to the ML platforms in use by the data science teams

What Will Make You Shine :

· Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as an ML Engineer, specializing in Python, ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, H2O), and large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Dask)

· Advanced proficiency in Python for both ML development and automation tasks.

· Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP preferred) and container orchestration (OpenShift/Kubernetes)

· Extensive experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
