Assume the role as a Product Engineer (aka portfolio owner) by purchasing component repair services from various external suppliers. Managed day to day delivery rhythm from Order to Remittance (OTR) to ensure customer satisfaction. At the same time, drive supplier performance on Turnaround time and potentially involved in capability development. The suitable candidate will join a team of engineers and operations specialists in the support of DBS’ enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. He/She will be responsible for the end to end design, deployment, operations and development of the bank’s privileged access management framework, infrastructure and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure to other systems to achieve straight through processing and reduce manual work.
• Provide on-going operations support including management reporting and operations dashboards relating to the governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of CyberArk Experience: Demonstrated expertise in the deployment, configuration, management, and support of CyberArk infrastructure components.
