1. Provide technical support for user’s desktops, laptops, software and other related IT equipment.
2. Perform troubleshooting of computer network issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, AD, Firewall, Switch).

Job Description

• Design, implement, and manage robust network infrastructures for various clients.
• Configure, keep, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wireless Controllers.
• Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of IT infrastructure.
• Conduct regular network performance assessments and provide necessary technical support.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective network solutions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in network support operations role
• Proven expertise in core switching and routing (CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred)
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, QoS, Spanning-tree, Trunking, Dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP), AAA (TACACS+, RADIUS) and network infrastructure design
• Experience in setting up Wi-Fi solutions, including AP + controller configurations
• Proficient in configuring firewalls (e.g. FortiGate, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Sophos)
• Proficient in SSL VPN and IPsec VPN technologies
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management skill and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Good communication skills and keen to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with network monitoring tools and network management software.
• Familiar with cloud networking and virtual environments.
• Advanced certifications in networking and security.

Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Establish and expand the customer network for Industrial Sensors, Power Supplies, Cables, Transducers, RFID, Vision Cameras and Networks
• Acquire new customers in the Semicon, Life Science, Automation/Robotics, F&B, Metal Working and Packaging industry
• Manage and grow Key Accounts
• Responsible for major customers, drive revenue and profit
• Evaluate customer requests and propose appropriate solutions
