Job Description

• Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements
• Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• The job holder is responsible for the execution of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of all pilot plant facility as well as maintaining the calibration program of all instruments.
• Develop electrical and instrumentation systems tailored for ATEX or IEC classified environments. This includes designing control panels, crafting intricate wiring diagrams, and meticulously mapping out instrumentation layouts.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Candidate will be responsible for improving yield and device performance of automotive chips during production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.

• Analyze yield, process, diagnostic, and semiconductor test data to ramp production volume, support lot disposition, drive baseline yield improvement, and isolate root causes of yield loss and product performance degradation.
• Support foundry / assembly house on process qualification, test house management, test probe card, load board and tester validation on performance over process and operating condition, debug and release test program into mass production.
