Experience in programming of BMS/HVAC controls

Experience in Modbus/BACnet high-level integration to third-party systems i.e. metering, SCADA, HVAC equipment

Experience with IT/Networking setup and commissioning including workstations, servers, switches, routers etc

Experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, Visio

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise network infrastructure which includes configuration and maintenance of firewall, VPN, IPS, WAN communication device, router, LAN switches, WLAN network, DNS and DHCP servers.
• Ensure all WAN and LAN network infrastructure and services are stable and reliable based on the company standard.
• Relevant Experience in Firewall configuration, IPS, switch, router, servers (DNS, DHCP, Radius authentication servers), Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, Windows and Linux server operating system.
• Perform IT Network monitoring and analysis of WAN traffic, ensuring maximum uptime in the region.
• Establish a plan of action to resolve the problem and implement the network solution.
• Support change requests for network solutions & services.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least diploma or degree in Computer Science or its equivalent disciplines.
• Ability to lead the IT team, manage effectively in a matrix organization, work closely with the country IT and vendors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting regional network operations and implementation within a medium to large-sized organization
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network and server system monitoring.
• Cisco (CCNA / CCNP), or other network certifications is preferred.

· Responsible for planning and monitoring schedule for all projects

· Work closely with drafters and perform quality check of all drawings before production on site.

· Ensure the execution of works, products and services are in accordance with the customers’ requirements, drawings and specifications, etc and direct the carrying out of remedial measures to any non-conformances immediately upon discovery.

· Liaise with Project teams, authorities, client, architects and various contractors to ensure project work is carried out smoothly.

· Conduct periodic inspection of structural works.

Overview

As a Production Engineer, you are to assist the Production Manager in overseeing the production operation and work out schedules and plans, monitor progress, forecast demand of resources, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring smooth project delivery and optimization of production performance from conception to completion. You are to adhere to company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and compliance to applicable Singapore Standards and Regulations in the Industry.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, manage and coordinate projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and of highest quality.
2. Work closely with clients, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities in projects managed.
3. Plan, develop, execute, monitor project schedule, resource plan and budget.
4. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA / QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
5. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
6. Supervise team of Supervisors, foreman and workers in the production operations to ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
7. Set daily/ weekly/ monthly objectives and communicate them to production team.
8. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide assistance and technical support.
9. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
